Pros +
- The hotel and room were very nice, however for a 4 star room I expected things like netflix or ability to simulcast, coffee available at 6 AM, the shower curtain was moldy.
- The location couldn't have been more perfect
- Friendly, clean and centrally located
Cons -
- The valet switched out a piece of my car's roof interior (or took it out melted it and replaced it) and replaced it with a melted damaged piece which I did not notice right away, it fell out while driving, it was obvious that this piece did not belong.
- Sharing an elevator with very drunk people headed to and from the rooftop bar wasn't the best experience.
- Nothing, it was a great experience
