Pros +
- The room was clean and breakfast was good
- Location and cleanliness!
- There was an issue with the fan/heater making a lot of noise. We called the front desk and the moved us to another upgraded room. They were very accommodating and prompt.
Cons -
- The air conditioner was very loud. Not just my room but surrounding room air conditioners woke me up all night long.
- Breakfast was unappealing. Packaged and lacking healthy options. It?s pricey compared to others in the area.
- Room felt worn. Desk chair showing padding. Could use more furniture maybe a large chair. Bathroom wan not spotless. Outside of tub dirty.

Staff and location and room
Clean. good breakfast buffet
I was hoping for a hot tub, but can accept that there wasn't one!
The suite was great. Very roomy.
Being on the first flor felt a little awkward with a sidewalk right outside our window, but we didn't have any issues.
So close and convenient. We could walk to all our destinations in just a few minutes.
Location and cleanliness
Very ckean
Breakfast choices were very limited.
Location
No hot tub
Great location. Comfortable bed.
Everything...from the cleanliness to the outstanding, wonderful staff!
There was not a thing I did not like. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Very clean, close to our event and the staff were very nice.
Breakfast was good
The mattress on the pullout couch was a little thin. Also only 1 pillow included with pullout couch
When we got in our room there was a lot of noise in the room above us. We called the desk and they nicely moved us to a different room. The breakfast was good.
The parking lot was not plowed and was very slippery.
It was well located and in good shape
Our mirror was dirty in our room that was it
Clean, great location, nice breakfast, free parking, nice staff.
Our room (400) the lock didn’t work and the toilet was loose. Otherwise the room was very nice. The price is pretty stiff for a Tuesday night—$139.99 plus taxes and fees.
Right across the street from UW Stout campus on Main Street. Couldn’t have been more convenient
The heating and a/c unit was literally 18” from the bed. Luckily I was able to turn it off at night and still be comfortable to sleep but if I had needed it to cool off (or warm up) the room, the air would have been blowing directly on me at very close range. Which I’m sure would have resulted in a very bad nights sleep
The hotel location is by UW Stout in historic downtown Menomonie WI with exceptional views!
Absolutely nothing to complain about :)
