Nice rooms, friendly staff and great pool/hot tub.

Its obscene that Priceling describes this location as being "downtown." Its over 2 miles to any part of downtown and you'll need to drive or Uber. We were offered a shuttle ride downtown and scheduled one it never came and we had to Uber and were late

The bed and pillows. I always sleep good at this hotel.

The only thing I didn¿t like really was the view. I requested to face the front so I can see and I was put at the end. I could still see but I have had better rooms there with a better view of the front but overall everything was fine. Thank you.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The person who checked me in asked what I was in town for and when I told him my mother in laws funeral. He was very empathetic and upgraded our stay. I was pleasantly surprised.

Great location and modern decor. Loved the lobby and bar area. Staff was very friendly. Our room was beautiful.

Located just across the street from the venue I needed to be at the next day and has a restaurant on site.

The room was small for having 2 beds. Was t the "cleanest" either. I used to work in hospitality as a housekeeper so I notice things most people would not.

Newly remodeled and updated. Very clean.

We asked for more towels and they never came. Parking lot was used for non hotel event by ppl so had to park at far end.

It was in a good location, clean and beds were very comfortable

There was no breakfast included and the bathroom door design is not ideal.

Barn door on the bathroom is a questionable design choice, no privacy. The floor of the pool looked like it needed to be cleaned.

I am a n IICRC Certified Master Water Restorer. You have a major air quality issue in your a/c system. If you have it tested you will find the mold counts in the lobby area to be extremely high. THIS IS AN ISSUE!

Beautiful decor

The air conditioning in our room was extremely humid and could not keep up with the heat. We had a hard time sleeping in the hot, humid room.

Every employee here is perfect for the hospitality industry. I was a groomsmen for a wedding there. hotel employee and the others were some of the most personable staff I've come across. Hotel employee-of-all-trades did everything to keep the party going!

Clean. Parking on site. Near lake Monona. Short drive to the downtown area. Pet friendly. Nice outdoor patio.

Staff and guests were not wearing masks in common spaces. Limited dining on site

I have always been pleased and impressed by the courtesy, efficiency and friendliness of the staff. This was my first stay since your remodeling was finished. It was beautiful and extremely clean. As always, each employee made me feel welcome!

Convenient to downtown, and has free and plentiful parking. Also like the Starbucks in the lobby.

I dislike it when I cannot open the windows to a room to get some fresh air.

It has just been redone. The lobby was fresh and inviting.

I missed the dark moody restaurant at the end of the day. It is gone, I miss it.

Totally remodeled. Everything seemed brand new. In fact they were still hanging pictures and finishing things. Staff was helpful. Room was comfortable.

I searched downtown location and this was 2.2 miles from downtown. We wanted a place where we could walk downtown from the hotel, not drive. Also, no vent in bathroom and no tub. No supplies at front desk. Had to go out and buy razor and Tylenol.

clean, close to things we like to do, accommodating staff

Very clean, easy check-in and check-out. Bartender stayed open later than closing time to take care of us! Loved having Netflix available on the tv.

The new market needs some ironing out. The amount of product is great, but I waited 15 minutes for someone to help me and they struggled to make anything besides plain coffee.
