AC Hotel Madison Downtown

Location, cleanliness , room and staff

Breakfast was a disappointment for the price.

The location was really nice and I loved the view of the Wisconsin Capitol Building. I loved how it was a spacious, modern room.

The remote in the room was wonky. Beyond that I have very few complaints.

The staff went over and above our expectations. We were there celebrating our anniversary and staff sent wine and chocolates to the room and didn’t hesitate to upgrade us to a high level room. Our experience was amazing

Modern and great view of the capital from the bar.

parking is off site.

The rooms were modern and the fitness room was really nice (multiple treadmills)

Parking expensive ($25/day) and there is a ramp right next door where it's only $14.

Location, style, rooftop wine bar

Return air vent at the room entrance runs all the time and is too noisy. Asked multiple staff members and was told that all rooms are the same. One of the staff came to the room and went to others and confirmed which showed good customer service

Location, the room, the bed, the bathroom.

Shower could use a step.

The room was very modern and had a great ambience.

Overall excellent. Very busy on a Friday night with the bar upstairs

Location

Cold water coming out of the faucet was brown. Lobby smelled like someone had too much aftershave on. Hallway music was not needed and too loud near the elevators.

Modern, comfortable, great downtown location, helpful staff

The modern of it and very clean

Booked a standard 2 bedroom and received a king

The staff was exceptional and a great bed.

The bathroom is VERY unprivate. It has a heavy sliding glass door with a space between it and the wall resulting in a very unprivate situation.

The location is outstanding! The rooms are modern and clean. The hotel rooftop bar is a blast.

Clean, efficient, great location.

At the desk they told me that the city parking lot down the street would have a maximum charge of $8. It ended up being about $15 (from Saturday night to Sunday morning).

The lounge, and upstairs restaurant amenities and view.

No pool. I would expect at least a spa tub if not swimming pool, Disappointed!

Beautiful, boutique hotel in the heart of Madison's Capitol square. I had a view of the Capitol from my fabulous room.

Wonderful location with a great view of the capitol. Friendly and helpful staff. Outstanding amenities. Breakfast was amazing!

Restaurant was a great experience. Location was great.

Amazing location!

Adding room service would be ideal.
