Cons -
- Only 3 towels in the bathroom. had a pullout couch but you had to call and request the bedding and pillow. 20 day cancellation policy.
- Room seemed a bit shabby for 4 stars (hole in duvet cover, basic room). Pool was out of order, which was the reason we picked this particular hotel! Very disappointing stay.
- Expensive onsite parking charges per night. Late night receptionist the first night for check in was a bit off putting and unfriendly.
