Hampton Inn & Suites Madison/Downtown

The temperature was maintained so there was not a noisy machine operating while we were sleeping. It was close to the activities we were doing while there.

High parking rate. That should have been disclosed at the time we were booking this hotel. The man that checked us in was not friendly. We found other staff members to be very pleasant and helpful.

Good staff, clean and accessible.

Staff (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance) all very friendy! Love this location for the purpose of our stay. Can walk to Kohl Center.

Location, inviting lobby, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Parking fee. Ramp elevator is not handicap accessible with no automatic door available.

family friendly, parking, layout, restaurant

extra bedding for convertible couch bed was lacking, slightly overwhelmed and short-staffed at front desk, small/weak work out room

The staff on site was amazing! Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to help and make sure that I was good to go. The best way I can say it is that made me feel like family!

The only thing that I can complaint about is the computer area. Some grinch took the chair

Beds, Pillows, Location!

Location, cleanliness, decor

Parking cost

Clean, modern. King suite was - quite nice. Excellent workspace if you've the inclination.

I was a little surprised at the parking fee. I don't recall parking ever not being included with your stay? But the hotel is in the very Heart of Madison.

Clean, nice, good breakfast and gym

Hot tub was out of service

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, good parking, clean, good breakfast.

Location, ambience and Bassett Street Brunch Club with late evening beverage option.

Pulling in to park for check in. Entrance full and unable to pull into parking garage. :(

Great location and well maintained

The cleaning staff had linen room next to our room. They were very loud early in the morning before we were waking up.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Nice clean rooms and pool area. Big, spacious, clean lobby.

Location! Parking was only 20. The staff was so nice. Breakfast was very good with good options.

Trivial but no USB ports in the room. Since we plug in 6 devices (phones. Watches & hearing aids we need 6 outlets. Forgot one adapter so would have gladly liked a USB port.

Clean nice room, friendly staff, felt safe and comfortable. Running very late for checkout, one simple call to the front desk and I was on my way.

Paying for parking is never fun but it is in a city and that seems to be the norm.

Very friendly staff, room was very clean. Breakfast included and was good. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Would stay there again !

The breakfast was fabulous. The staff were all so very friendly.

I booked through Priceline and received a confirmation but upon check-in they could not find my reservation. They said it sometimes happens with their party booking systems. It was a little stressful and took a while to fix but they did.

Clean, classy , friendly staff

Downtown construction and parking

The room size was great and the hotel employees were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was a bit of a bummer.
