Front office staff were inconsistent on friendliness. The gentleman at check-in seemed frustrated. Other staff were very friendly. Hotel was decent, but not worth the $--- per night I was charged.

The rooms smell like cigarette smoke, even though it is a smoke free hotel. The heating/air conditioner does not have a temperate setting.

The Staff. Very caring and concerned. Prompt when there was a problems and the solved what they could. They were excellent.

Thermostat on our room heater was not working at all. We had to get up every two hours to turn the heat on or off or freeze or cook. I was recovering from 10hrs of surgery. I was in no shape to get up every two hours and really needed the rest.

The heater air-conditioning had very bad moldy smell got on my clothes & transferred to bedsheets. Terrible informed manager

The location was fine. The room the night we got there the tv didnt work until someone came in the next day. The toilet kept backing up for the time of our stay. The manager was very ignorant and staff questioned me and said dont come back here..n

Price

First room was OK except for water leaking through ceiling into bathroom. Second room was pretty rough, some holes & missing the smoke detector. Free breakfast was fine, but the orange juice was empty. Employees were nice and helpful.

Good location, room was good for the price and clean.

Breakfast food was not as warm as I would like it. Eggs lightly warm sausages were cold on Sunday.

The bed was comfortable.

My room was very dirty. It was evident that it was not vaccuumed or fully cleaned in some time; Sticky spot on carpet, leaves on the floor, crumbs on the table,etc.

the front desk gentleman was nice but other than that, absolutely nothing. one of the dirties hotels I have ever stayed at. smelled of smoke and disgusting room.

black mold on the wall in the bathroom by the toilet, duvet covers stained and filthy. asked for new ones and they were dirtier than the first ones. the wall air unit was rusted and dirty with no filter or cover on it. fridge wouldn't cool.

Both the room and the bed smell bad. Bathtub got stuck. Toilet doesn't flush completely.

The value was fantastic. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Friendly staff w/ excellent service. Clean room. Included breakfast. Great location.

Bathroom was nicer than expected

Loud guests at night who loitered in the Peking lot outside my room. I think the staff handled as best they could.

THE LOCATION LOOKED REMODELED. THE ROOM LOOKED NICE FOR RATING. THE ROOM HAD ALL THE AMENITIES.. MICRO FRIG SAFE.

HAIR DRYER KEPT POPPING CIRCUIT BREAKER AT SINK. NO OTHER OUTLET NEAR MIRROR. SHEETS WERE PROBABLY WASHED BUT UNPLEASANT STAINS FOUND NEXT MORNING. ...UNSIGHTLY STAINING IS UNACCEPTABLE. MANAGER TOOK NOTES BUT DIDNT OFFER ANYTHING AS COMP.

Leaving and letting others know Never to stay here.

Staff ,false accusations &being wrongfully woken up at 4am by security mini weekend vaca w my fiancée. If u smell cigarettes/weed recognize our room is right next to exit door you know the one that had 2 young men smoking a joint at that moment. #pissed!

I do not know if it was a bad part of town but there was lots of activity outside and looked like homeless people with backpacks asking us for cigarettes as we were sitting outside. Couples fighting in the parking lot and cars in and out.

It was kinda quiet over night

The manager was scratching on my door at 730a yelling police are coming. Woke us up and we couldn't get back to sleep. Cops never showed. It was only a ploy to get everyone awake so they would hurry n leave. Very sad
