The location was perfect for what we needed.
The ice machine was not functional. When I needed ice I went to the front desk and they had to chip it off of a block of ice in a cooler. And the second time I needed some, they were not able to chip it apart.

Staff was polite and helpful. Room was spacious and clean . Room had all the amenities : refrigerator, microwave, iron and ironing board , coffee machine, safe. Good air conditioning. It was close to a big super store. Almost on highway, yet quite and peaceful surroundings. Above all they had excellent complimentary breakfast. 24 hours tea / coffee machine in lobby. Good value for money.
Location was an issue. Too far from downtown. In our room the only minor issue was that the bathroom door could not be bolted.

The rooms were very clean. It served the purpose I needed, I was there overnight!
Being there by myself, I would have preferred a double lock on my room door. Also, I was somewhat taken aback, that the front desk greeter was not dressed professionally. There was no name tag, no uniform, which made me feel a little uncomfortable.
