The common rooms and full kitchen were a bonus
Our jacuzzi tub was missing a plug and then when we got one, it shot black gunk out of the jets. Needless to say we did not use the tub. Told the staff, but all they did was apologize. Should have given us a reduced rate. It was just gross.
