Pictures on the website are not accurate to all of the rooms. The pictures show very modern rooms, but my room had outdated furniture and the springs from the metal bed frame screeched with any movement

Very spacious room

the extra charge for “resort fee”, described as required because of standard amenities advertised for the room rate charged. Misleading!

Great location. Great restaurant. Friendly staff.

Our initial room was dirty and tired. I paid for a room upgrade and put my family in a smoking room without notifying me. I didn’t realize smoking rooms were even still a possibility in 2026.

Location

neighbors above us had kids that started jumping off the bed at 640am Saturday and Sunday morning and continued all day. Staff make a phone call which paused it for a little bit, but never stopped. Staff advised they would move our rooms, never happened

I booked a room with 2 queen beds but gave me one with pull out sofa for the second bed.

The fees added on to the already very expensive rooms.

The room I had was so dated it was terrible. I’ve been staying in this hotel for many years. This was the worst room I ever seen. I asked the front desk for another room, but they told me there would be none available.

The location and area is great

Both jacuzzi's were very dirty and the bed was hard as a rock. I barely had any sleep.

Rooms were spacious. Loved that there was room to spread out a bit. Two showers helped us keep everyone moving in a timely fashion to get to events on time. Parking was easy.

The $25/night resort fee was a bit silly. I'm not sure what warrants the fee. The facility was fine, not impressive. The room was pretty clean, but not pristine. It was overall pretty comfortable; incomparably better than the filthy Comfort Inn in town.

After I thought I had paid all that I had to pay for the hotel room. They made me pay another $25 when I checked in. Plus the outlets in the room that I was in, room 136, did not work and were almost impossible to get a plug into

Location

The bed was close to the entry door to the room. There was to much outside noise, was not able to get any much needed rest. Really wish we could have been assigned a suite with an interior bedroom it would have made our stay more peaceful and tranquil

Loud creaky beds

Very convenient location in the downtown. Restaurant and pool on site. Clean room with a kitchen and balcony.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable, but I suppose that is to be expected with a bed of that type

Lake Geneva is beautiful.

Poorly trained staff, dirty rooms, poor maintenance

So many plugs and the lighting was terrific in the good size room

The kitchen was very useful. Coffee, mugs, full fridge.

The bed (at least the one on the first floor) wasn't the most comfortable.

The room we stayed at had a kitchen and was equipped with plates, mugs, and glasses. The fact that the hotel was so close to everything in Lake Geneva was also something we liked very much.

I didn't realize the room was multi level, the upstairs was the guest room and our 90 year old mom had to go upstairs to bed. That was the only downsize.

That is was close to the wedding venue.

They charged me $30 for "resort fees" which were for things like towels, daily housekeeping, etc.
