Not a very big hotel. With that being said, we didn't have to deal with a cluttered parking lot or a lot of people

I wish that the bathtub had a whirlpool feature and not having a microwave was a small inconvenience

I was given a first floor room with handicap accessibility. Request denied. Hotel was almost empty. Heat difficult to control and noisy.

Location on the water is great. Lovely quiet area.

No real breakfast option on site; grab and go coffee bar with packaged options like premade oatmeal

Beautifully decorated. Clean. Quiet. Not too close or too far to the downtown area. Lakefront view.

The hotel was in a great location. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and professional.

Great hotel location although room was not as expected. (Parking lot view vs. lake view!!)

Disappointment in restaurant. Can only consider it mediocre. In the room, was charged $45 for chocolate covered fruit which we did not order, did not want, nor was it touched. Totally unsat! Screen door to deck was bent which allowed insects into room.

The room was comfortable with a lovely 4 poster raised bed that was very comfortable, the Jacuzzi tub was wonderful, the lakeside setting was relaxing

Location. Restaurant History! We were married there 22 years ago and were on an anniversary trip! Always loved to return in the past! Not looking forward to future visits. Grounds were unkept and needed trimming!

Room was musty! Sign in room indicating to keep door slider to balcony closed due to ants. No fresh air in room. Damp and moldy smelling!

Lovely hotel with fabulous dining room overlooking the lake. Nice big bedroom, comfortable bed and linens.

Our room was not well serviced.. wet towels hanging that were left on the floor... trash not taken when serviced.

It is far enough away from downtown where you are not bothered with all the traffic that is in the downtown area.

No. Everything was fine. The front desk staff was excellent and very friendly.

We were told upon check in that we would get free breakfast on Sunday which happened to be mothers day. They said we'd have to get breakfast between 7 and 10 because their mother's day brunch started at 10.m. We were told on Sunday, no breakfast.

Location to downtown is nice and easy, close Quiet and clean. The jet tub makes up for no pool

We asked for a king room but got a 2 full size bed room. The room was nice but I can not even remember the last time my wife and I slept together in a full size bed. A little too cozy!

As you know, I don't usually stay in a 3 star... I couldn't resist because of your price. The Geneva Inn was just 7 miles from my conference. The room was clean and the bed was good. The atmosphere is second to none. High open ceilings, stone fire place.

The young lady at the desk was friendly and helpful. The hostess at the restaurant was not. She observed me checking in. Yet when I put my things into the room and came down to eat. She asked if I had a reservation? "Just sit at the bar". I left.

The view, location, staff, amenities

I honestly can't say everything about this hotel was great. I would have to say the staff is there GREATEST asset.

I was actually looking for a hotel further north, but they were all booked. This hotel is located in an amazing area.

Beautiful view and right on the lake. Rooms are nicer than most 4 star hotels I have been in and great amenities. They even have plush robes in the rooms! Loved the big outdoor deck overlooking the water. Breakfast was fabulous!

Beautiful room. Quiet location.

Not easily walkable to anything. But some may prefer that.

The beautiful lake view from balcony especially sunsets, the comfy bed, a restaurant downstairs (with few perks for guests) and best was Spotted Cow in mini fridge!

The shower, restaurant pricey (great waitstaff though), and no room service.
