The room itself was super clean and the view of the frozen lake was beautiful

The room next to us was extremely loud cussing all night on the patio slamming door room key kept not working. We got stuck in the basement & outside in the lower parking unit had to walk around the building & find stairwells. Green pool

Hotel had large rooms that were very well maintained .

No mats or grab bars in the shower.

Yes, we found mold on the corner ceiling of our room that I had forgot to mention

I loved the balcony and the view of the lake.

The cleaning service not great. No bar soap in the bathroom when we arrived.The coffee in room not replaced. Knocked on door even tho privacy sign out. Asked to return later to clean room but never came back. We had to fetch our own bath towels.

Very run down. Ripped furniture, broken headboard, smashed-dried up bugs stuck to the wall, stains on carpet. I wish I could add the pictures I took!!!

Very over priced, was not anymore exceptional than a regular cheaper hotel room, staff were not overly friendly & unavailable by phone. Binder in the room for hotel & area information was outdated.

Great location with lovely lake views. Easy walk to a number of restaurants.

The room was dark and in need of some renovations. The bathroom was ok, had a nice jacuzzi tub. The toilet didn't flush properly and got clogged. I had to go to the reception and get a plunger because they had no plumber available For sure not worth the

No coffee, no food, no gift shop.You'd have thought we were in the middle of lockdown. No basic services. Staff simply said pay your balance and thrust a bag with water in it at us. Not friendly, not worth $. No privacy from neighbors on porch.

Great view overlooking Lake Geneva. Close to downtown. Comfortable bed. Roomy.

The remote controls for the TVs did not work properly. The desk chair was at the lowest level and would not raise. A staff member brought us one that did work.

Excellent location and great views of the lake. The staff was helpful - even though everyone at the front desk seemed brand new, they all did their best and were great to deal with.

Some outdated décor and amenities. Some physical damage to the headboard of the bed, one of the outlets was literally falling out of the wall, water damage to the ceiling, and some trash left in the room from previous guests. Otherwise very clean.

The location was great. Quiet overnight and clean as you expect.

When I checked in I wasn't given the wifi password then when I got to the room there was as no information.
