Charming. Great restaurant. Lakeside location.

The quality and skin sensitivity of thd soap, shampoo, etc. can be improved. The new Samsung Heat/AC is noisy. There was a rumble under the floor.

The manager who was there Christmas morning. Professional and courteous. Would stay there again because of him.

Room need serious updating

It's in a good location and the staff is friendly.

They did not instruct us how to operate the fireplace space heater, and so the first night was like a campout in the room-luckily we brought our warm coats because they became our sleeping bags.

The restaurant has reopened and has a great menu!! The food was great and service excellent! This location operates as a bed & breakfast, a new addition to the breakfast is freshly prepared quiche, usually four selections.

Only that I found the bathroom to be on the small side and a couple of jets were missing from the whirlpool tub.

It is nice for the price and breakfast was included.

The staff was nice, but not too helpful. Our electric power strip did not work, which meant the refrigerator and the cable box did not work. I asked the front desk and they were supposed to help, but nothing ever got fixed. Also, the Whirlpool didn't work

So relaxing. Close enough to downtown but yet far enough away to not have the noise of downtown

Needs a little remodeling. Outside of property worn down. The fountain not working. Such a beautiful place to let it look run down.

The location was stunning and the simplicity was something that is missed with other large chains. The down home feel of the room and staff made this a perfect getaway from the busy city life. Also the beds were one of the most soft beds we have slept in!

A full size ton board was not available in the room (can call down for a small one) but not having a large one in room was the only thing thi room was missing :)

Nice quiet location on Lake Como. Well-cleaned room. Friendly staff. Good continental breakfast - variety of fresh fruit, hot breakfast biscuits, bagels, hot or cold variety of cereal.

The mattress in room 103 is bad. My back still bothers me two nights after sleeping there.

I liked that it had patio with the lake view and how peaceful it was.

I didn't like that patio was full of spiders. The sink was clogged and it was smelly. Everything was generally outdated and needs remodeling in my opinion.

The character of the room and the fact that it was right on the lake.

We called early in the am to possibly get early check in. They said they would do that room first let's just say it wasn't ready. Also no vending machines

The location right on Lake Como was great!

Could easily hear people from other rooms. Outdoor terraces were nice being by the lake, but since other people were smoking on their terraces(smoking was allowed) it detracted from our enjoyment.

We loved the location, very convenient but secluded. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the cottage rooms and the room was amazing, beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Phone and cable did not work, and so I did not trust that the fireplace was working either. We would have enjoyed the stay more if the balcony had been cleaned so we could use it.

You can absolutely not beat the view for the price.

The water stinks and they need to do a little deep cleaning (mold in air conditioner).

Great location - close to Lake Geneva and ski resort. Great room for price. Friendly staff and easy check-in, check-out. Overall a great experience!

Breakfast was ok, could be better. Restaurant isn't open yet, that would be convenient.

The Inn is charming. We arrived mid-afternoon and was greeted warmly and was handed our keys. Was wonderfully surprised that they had turned the heat and fireplace on in preparation for our arrival. The bed and pillows were super comfy too!

The room and view from the Petite Auberge was just gorgeous. The location is out of the downtown area, so was very secluded and relaxing. Lake Como is gorgeous and the inn itself is well kept, with nice areas to congregate and socialize.

Our fireplace first wouldn't start, then wouldn't turn off. We kept the door to the balcony open, but then it was too cold in the middle of the night. Also, there was insufficient hot water to fill the tub and shower. Also, tv in the bedroom didn't work.

We had an amazing view out of our back door onto the lake and the room and the bedroom very very comfortable.

The only thing we did not get to experience was the continental breakfast because we left on Saturday and it did not start until 8 a.m.

They didnt even right until when the office is open . I called them they didnt answer. When i arrived the hotel the office was closed so i couldnt check in . It was waste of my money. I had to find another hotel and pay extra money.i dont recommend hotel.

Great setting. Nice staff. Fireplaces everywhere Gives a very homey, cozy feel. Steps from the Lake! W great view.

The hot water in our room wouldn't get hot (only warm).They tried to resolve it during our 2 night stay but couldn't. I might still stay here again because She said they'd never had that before. It was a bummer not to be able to enjoy the jetted tub.

The room was very nice and clean
