Pros +
- We booked a handicapped suite in order to have a sit-down shower. Although neither of us is technically handicapped, we both are quite arthritic, and my husband has back issues, so it was very beneficial for us.
- Good location. Close to major highways with access to all of Kenosha
- The room was more than I expected. Aside from the cleanliness, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Cons -
- There was only one chair (at the desk) and no table. I know the room is designed for wheelchair access, but a second chair at the very least would have made eating a lot easier.
- No issues
- I didn't have any bad experience.
