Pros +

  • Staff was friendly and helpful.
  • The front desk person when I checked in
  • Nothing. Hot tub not hot. Pool and hot tub needs to be updated. Fridge and microwave not plugged in. No coffee makers, alarm clock. Toilet kept running. Hair dryers guard missing, so my hair got sucked in. Had to break my hair to get out. No coffee.

Cons -

  • Bathrooms are very tiny. TV did not work in one room and the remote did not work in the other. Coffee in the room but no cups. Advertised having coffee and breakfast-desk clerk said they can?t get coffee right now-no where to be found?? Moldy smell
  • My room had bedbugs and was told I would get refunded but still haven't
  • They tried to put us in a room that had a queen that was so nasty and had a gap under the door which made the room freezing. The room that they gave us instead had two queen insteadof a king that we wanted. The beds were so hard. No continental breakfast.

I would like my money back! The staff was friendly upon check in, then unavailable
I want my money back. The floors were filthy, the motel room door had a 1 gap, so stuffed my scarf in to prevent the 14 degree air out. No hot water at sink, hair in tub, no working direct tv. Due to time of our event, couldnt move to another place.
