- The location was great, with a nice porch (1st floor rm) facing the marina. A very short walking distance to several stores in town. The check-in staff was very helpful and room service staff does a great job keeping the rooms clean.

- Minor issue: my room did not have a microwave oven. However, the front desk staff offered to reheat any meals I wanted using their own microwave in the office.
- Only one mirror. Would have been nice to have another mirror so more then one person can get ready at once.
- Musty odor. There was no staff on sight. We registered at another motel nearby. The bathroom was so tiny you needed to close the door to sit on the toilet. There was one shelf above the toilet for necessities but no lid on the toilet. No phone in the room
