The location and the room.

We had trouble with the new television that did not have the cable installed. After 30+ minutes we were shifted to another room. The television in that room didn’t work the next morning. Breakfast was sparse and no napkins. New admin.

The booking process

There was no staff present both times I went to the desk. I actually checked out a day early and have no way to get my money back.

The room was very clean, and it was quiet. Location was good as well.

No. The hotel is two floors with no elevator, just stairs. Not an issue for me, but might be for some.

Our air conditioner did not work. The desk person said they¿d fix it but didn¿t. We had to stay 2 nights and they said they were full so couldn¿t move us to a different room. They gave us $30 off our stay but that wasn¿t near enough for the inconvenie

Very clean. Best hot water and pressure shower that I've had at a hotel in years.

Breakfast was minimal at best. Most pastries were stale.

Greeting when we finally checked in from long trip!! Nice, clean room. Beautifully ready next day for our return.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Located not too far from Madison/University of WI. Next door to a McDonald's, gas station and grocery store. Breakfast included.

The way the GPS takes you, you're not sure you're going the right way (through a subdivision and corn fields...at night not sure where you're going). Basic continental breakfast but you're NOT paying an arm a leg to stay here.

I didnt like they didn't have a room available for us when we arrived and had to find another place to stay last minute they said they were not dealing with the people I booked through wich was booking.com still waiting on a refund terrible experience

They were overbooked. We ended up driving home after wedding. OYO and this place is going to be on Facebook in the most negative way. Along with the town I will tell the general public NOT to waste their time and money going there! We are in our mid 70s and we're treated like GARBAGE!

Inn was fine but it is called Boarders now. Found out Oyo is not accepted there any longer so I made a new reservation directly with them. Any charge against my credit card should be refunded please (by Oyo).

Upon arrival was informed hotel did not use Booking.com and the hotel was fully booked. Only good news was room was reserved as pay upon arrival so no charges. Had to scramble to find hotel 30 miles away. No phone number to+@“” Booking.com for help.

Property was fine

I was double charged and marked “no show” when I definitely stayed there. Staff was zero help.

They sold the rooms that were booked and couldn’t accommodate. I had to sleep in the truck. Front desk wasn’t even trying to help and am having to dispute the bill through the credit card because they said we never showed up.

We had 3 double queen rooms booked for work travel. They didn’t have them so I gave up the single king to my guys and slept in the truck. The crème de la crème was there was also an issue the night before where I was double charged because they ran my credit card at the site, but told the online booking service I didn’t show up. Not helpful at all, either at the site or the sites customer service. Stay away.
