Great staff. Weekday breakfasts were very good. Comfortable beds.

Very soft water...hard to shower and shampoo.

Extremely clean,front desk personnel were informed and a pleasure to meet. Others within the hotel that worked there were professional and did there work with a smile,taking pride in their work, which was apparent throughout this fine establishment

Couldnt get the AC/HEAT unit to adjust to our needs. It just wouldnt move any which way. Also, it would be nice if the toilets were higher. Other than that it was a great hotel. Very clean and well maintained.

Amenities non existent such as pool and hot tub not even full of water and breakfast was a cup of coffee.for the price I paid I expected better

Excellent location around all of the most common eating facilities and grocery store and QuikTrip right next door!

The heating elements are Extremely Loud and the second week my heat stop working and it runs Non-Stop practically you can't even hear the TV.

I would have enjoyed soy or almond milk for my morning coffee. But super close to a grocery store so not a problem. Nice sized fridge in the room

Friendly staff

They were doing construction and it was very noisy. The workers left all of their equipment, paint buckets, furniture from the old rooms, etc. in the hallways and caused a fire hazard. There was no way to move around it with our stroller.

The hotel is perfectly set at the edge of town across from a gas station/car wash, the Pizza Ranch, down from other fast food joints, Walgreens and a 30 drive from Lake Geneva. Breakfast was plentiful.

The only gripe is that the pool water was cool and it being 20 degrees outside a warm dip would've been lovely. Another guest had come in when we were drying off and saw that the hot tub was inoperative, put his hand in the pool water, shivered then left.

Yes, There was power failure in the bathroom due to using the blow dryer. It took the staff almost 45 minutes to resolve the issue. We were promised that one of the nights would be free. Have not seen the credit to my credit card as yet...

The hotel staff was very welcoming, professional and friendly. The rooms were very clean and well maintained and the beds very comfortable.

It was very clean, staff was nice, rooms well stocked. Just a really nice hotel.

The wallpaper was peeling, the space just felt very run down.

They debited my account for payment because they stated you never paid them! so you and them are both a bunch of scammers!! i will never refer anyone to you or them!! what a ripoff!
