the location is walkable to downtown Egg Harbor. Very dated hotel, but clean.

Cons -

upon check in, I was told that their system that runs the credit cards is down. They asked for a check or cash. Reading past reviews, they do this often. Either total lie or they need a new cc system. Not ok.
no communications by phone or email ever , ever
The mattress was horrible. Horrible. We had the customary 25W light bulb (yellow). Drapes were hanging. Lamp shades were yellow.
