How big the bed was and price.

The stairways were dirty as was outside of bulding.

The man at the front desk was polite and offered me a refund before I even had to ask. His name was Sam I believe.

*There was dried blood splatter all over the bathroom walls (I have uploaded 4 photos). *The waterfountain in the pool area chewing tobacco (dried) spit all over it.*The pool was so cold that nobody would use it (us and others).*Those are the cheapest, thinnest mattresses I have ever seen in any hotel.*Our TV did not work*Our phone to call the front desk did not even have a cord so we had to go get the one worker. *Smoke free but smells of old smoke.This was a night away for my kids to swim and this was a horrible choice, we checked out 2.5 hours after we checked in.

I did not receive the rooms I booked for. My daughter and her husband had to scramble and find a room at another motel. I tried very hard, as the staff did too, to understand each other but there was a language issue. I had requested and was told I would have 2 queen beds, but they were not provided.I feel as I got a bait and switch and since it was parent’s weekend for the university were we unable to get rooms for all of us elsewhere. I had reservations had 4 months prior.
