- The cleaning guy he was very helpful
- The location was perfect for the purposes of our visit to Eau Claire.

- Rooms was very dusty took filter out and well it was nasty
- The smell of the room was awful. Construction was also taking place, but I understand that's temporary. I don't like how there is no door hanger to signal housekeeping "Do Not Disturb". The lock on the outside "security" door is broken & always unlocked.
- I never stayed and asked for a refund and got told no.
