Updated, comfortable rooms
Was not aware there is no elevator and traveling with a mobility challenged person. I then requested a 1st floor room and was able to obtain one.
The location was good for our occasion. When we asked if we could extend our stay (using just one of two rooms), we were told no. No explanation, no offer to accommodate. No elevator! Rooms on 2 separate floors
It was clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the hot tub. The maintenance man came and checked chlorine levels while we were there which gave a us peace of mind that they do check it. I also liked all the Derby pictures they had on the walls.
Breakfast was great The variety was good Loved the fresh fruit and waffles Loved the hot tub
Was disappointed the bar wasn't open
Room was clean and very comfortable.
The back door was always open. You didn't need your key card to get in after hours. Definitely a safety issue.
Continental breakfast was amazing!!! Offered excellent parking for boats and trailers too. Pool was never crowded. Let us stay an extra pay check in with arrangements.
Always had to ring bell for someone to be at front desk.
Walk into our room and it was already cooled down, since outside it was 85. So nice not to have to wait.
