Comfort Inn & Suites Madison North

Good value for the price. Nice location off highway and easy to access with trailer attached to my pickup.

Clean, quiet, comfortable.

huge room, very clean, very quiet, quite comfortable

This was the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. All areas were spotless (room, common areas, breakfast area, pool.?) All employees were very friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows were comfortable as well.

Everything was super!

Good location & clean rooms

Breakfast & a bit noisy.

Convertience to interstate.

Room was only partially made up the second dy after we asked for the room to be tidied up. Equipment in the exercise room needs replacing. No water either for gguersts. Looked like an after thought.

Excellent pool area and some of the friendliest hotel staff I've ever met. They have a very nice breakfast area and sufficient to start the day.

Location

Drainage is poor, hair dryer is not working. Cleanliness is in doubt ¿¿

The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly and helpful.

It was not within walking distance of a restaurant.

Next to corn field, but clean and convenient for our stay. Hot breakfast was good.

Got in late but TV didn't work. Tried to call desk but phone didn't work!!

Initially I liked the pool but they shocked it with chemicals that burned our eyes past the point of enjoyment.

The staff spent almost the entire staff minus the bubbly front desk gal that checked us in spent their whole shift outside smoking cigarettes and cleaning their personal vehicle. The room was quite small with a nice patio for smoking at observing the corn

Bathroom sink was clogged, staff was not able to fix it over the two nights. Desk light did not work. Elliptical trainer was broken in workout room

The location is very accessible.

The condition of the pool has decreased greatly within the last year. The water in the two pools as well as the hot tub was brown. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and it was a fine experience. Will look into other hotels now.

The pool area was fantastic for kids and the staff were always friendly and helpful!

Our room was a bit outdated, with a bit of a musty smell from the A/C and our shower squeaked (didn't seem to be attached to floor correctly). But the best was super comfy!

Everyone was friendly aside from the hotel manager.

The hotel manager was rather rude. He acted rather disgusted due to my service dog and having to clean up his fur.

Very Clean and A great Breakfast Buffet

They put a dog in a room next to mine and it woke me up from Barking in the middle of the night

Clean, friendly, safe.

An excellent venue for kids, the pools include basketball hoops. Also an area for young children. Good breakfast choices.

location, good tv

bed was cheap, hard

The staff was friendly and quick to help, the pool area is fantastic, there were options at the breakfast for those of us with allergies - this was our best experience in a long time at a hotel!
