Dirty room. Bedding was all stained and looked gross.

Cleanliness and breakfast were OK.

No one at the front desk at 7:30 on a Saturday night. Waited for 20 minutes for someone to show up. Refrigerator in room did not work. Room was VERY small.

There was stains on the bed and bugs in the bed we got bed bug bites and had to spray down everything once we got home.

Not much

It was tired hotel. Not well maintained. One of the side doors wouldn¿t lock at night and the manager didn¿t seem to care. The breakfast was marginal at best & very small. The room was fine but hadn¿t been updated in a long time. One night was plenty.

$5. For a late check out. Breakfast had no eggs which is why I paid $25 more for a convenient breakfast and a pool,instead of another hotel in town.I didn't use the pool so I spent $25on tiny sausage patties and tiny. Live, learn, write review.

The hotel was clean. had breakfast, tenant was able to bring her dog. They had availiability when noone in the area did.

The front desk charged my credit card for a pet fee and a no show fee. instead of the person who actually stayed in the hotel. I called and told the person at the front desk that the card on file was only to be used for the cost of the room itself.

The front desk employee was super! The room was clean.

Our reserved room was a suite. We were downgraded ¿because of a pet¿. Later we found out they HAVE NO Suites. Still, we were allowed to book one. Also, they would not refund us regardless of the free cancellation claim. Worst management EVER!

Served breakfast and pool open - in spite of Covid.

Did not offer housekeeping due to Covid.

The staff was great and it's very clean.

It needs a bit of updating here and there. Wish they had king size beds available

Front desk lady was nice

Management was rude, carpet was coming up in room and hallways, bottom of the door was coming off, shower door didn't even close, internet and tv did not work at all.

Burnt out security light in parking lot. Security doors propped open all night. No refrigerator in room. Stairwells smelled like stale sweat. Elevator smelled like dirty baby diapers. Had to wait a long time to check in because desk clerk was outside.

The bed was cozy. The television worked nicely.

The exercise equipment is run down and uncomfortable. The breakfast contained no eggs or meat options.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The pm man working was rude and disrespectful of our concerns.

The pool area is nice.

The p.m. staffer was too militant/non-friendly.

The staff were friendly, answered questions etc.

The pool was out of order.

Front desk staff at checking was very friendly and happy to assist us.

Nothing of significance but more protein options for breakfast would be nice.
