Hampton Inn & Suites Chippewa Falls

Clean & quiet, proximity to Eau Claire, WI

Very clean room and the housekeeping staff were very kind and thorough.

It was kind of weird no hot tub or sauna, especially with doing a deal with festival shuttles, people love to detox and soak after walking all day.

We loved staying at this hotel! The room was so great! We had the double queen suite and it was perfect for our family! Plenty of space and so clean! The staff was great! We had a child in a wheelchair and everything was so accessible! Amazing!

The staff was so friendly and it was such an accommodating size. It felt like my home. My kids got hot chocolate each night. We played board games in the lobby and met other nice people. The breakfast was great.

Clean, comfortable, easy to navigate, adjacent to restaurants and some shopping

Great pool Nice breakfast selection

Needs a whirlpool

the room and breakfast

there were a lot of hockey players in the hotel for a tournament and they made a lot of noise and were running and cannonballing into the pool making it impossible to enjoy it with our young children

clean, uncrowded, not noisy, close to Wal*Mart and highway,

would appreciate more parking close to entrances

Newer hotel. Clean. We left a necklace behind and housekeeping found and turned in.

Did not clean room over multiple night stay.

The location! Lots of acres around us and very very quiet! It felt safe!!

No, very comfortable beds and the pool and breakfast was great! Thanks!

clean and decorated nicely hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating

Friendly staff and well appointed room.

The air conditioner didn't work.

We came here from Minnesota because we were tired of looking at mask people ! The hotel staff was very friendly. So were the bars and restaurants. It was great to escape “corona prison” for a few days......

We stayed at this hotel for a music festival and found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely be interested in going back to this same hotel in the event we attend Rockfest 2019.

Pros: close to the highway, modern, very friendly staff, large room, very nice breakfast

Cons: cleanliness of the room. Previous guest's bag of garbage was in the kitchenette cupboard. Sort of a turn off. Somewhat small pool.

Best staff:helpful in everyway ... Even reccommended an excellent restaurant...breakfast was very good...cleanest hotel I've been in, in a long time!!!!

Bathroom ventilation was very poor...after taking a shower everthing including dry towels got damp...but bathroom was superior in cleanliness!

We loved the cleanliness... modern look/decorations... staff was very friendly... breakfast was even good! Was a great stay.

Facility is new, neat, clean and inviting Convenient for my needs Lovely breakfast bar, plenty of choices

Room was very clean, hotel staff were very helpful and hotel employee on the spot.

The pillows were way too soft. Had a bit of a time with adjusting the temp in the room.

Very clean. Good food/breakfast. Excellent gym facility. Easy to get to.
