SANDS MOTEL

it was cheap and they had a room when the others did not

The bed felt like it had been used since the 1960's as was everything else in the room

It was clean, quiet and comfortable

The floors were tile, rather than having carpet. No very appealing

It was a place to sleep. It was nice that kwik trip was across the street.

The breakfast was ok. Alot of stale stuff and bad coffee.

The couple that own the motel are wonderful! It¿s a small motel in competition with a larger, extremely overpriced, managed by rude people, AmericInn. I give my business to The Sands because they care about the customer and it shows.

The supposed continental breakfast was a bowl of cereal, a Danish, a bagel, a poptart, or a nuter bar.

Clean older motel with a good rate. I didn¿t need a pool or anything fancy. Just a place to sleep.

it was freezing in the room and throughout the rest of the hotel. so cold we could see our breath out in hallway. we had to put towels in front of each door to keep the cold out.

I was looking for a motel to serve as my home base for extended motorcycle day runs into the scenic surrounding area. I give this motel very high marks for cleanliness, staff courtesy and responsiveness, wifi bandwidth, and cable TV channel selection.

The owners went above and beyond for me

The only thing I'd change is the ac unit being a tad smelly but other than that awesome

Room was very large

It had a strong odor that smelled like a combination mildew and old Lysol.

High price for what it is
