Loud people next door. No other rooms available

The rudest girl at check in. Was on the phone with her ear bud while she checked us in and I couldn't tell if she was talking to me or the phone. Multiple piercings on her face looked disgusting.

Clean comfortable room and bed. Quick check in. Friendly staff.

Would of liked more hot breakfast selections. Price of the room.

Location is convenient

The breakfast was horrible, microwave kept tripping the powers trip it was plugged into and the fridge froze all our food.

The smell was horrible, the room was damp, bathroom was filthy, holes in the wall and chipped paint, blood on inside of the bathroom door.

reasonable price, cute town, Lucy 7 was a nice place to eat in town

No elevator, breakfast closed at 9 Sharp! probably the only time we had to trek up stairs to the room

Very nice and friendly staff. We went swimming and they came in and made sure the water temperature was good. I'd come back again.

When we signed up on the app, it didn't tell us there were 2 different upfront things we had to pay for. I'm glad I had the money for it.

Pretty much everything was good. It was clean, my son enjoyed the pool, and the location was great!

We definitely did not like sharing a hotel with dogs. They were very disturbing and disruptive during the night, we didn¿t sleep well.

Microwave was so ancient. Sofa sleeper cushions looked stained.

We booked this hotel because of the pool and the pool was not open due to renovations. Nothing was said about pool closed.

I found cockroaches crawling in the bathtub.When I took my concern to the front desk, I was made to feel like a liar.I was asked to show pictures on my phone and to walk the worker to my room.and show him the roaches in the bathroom. Don't stay here!!!

Price was good! Room was clean

Had a very bad smell, moldy/mildew throughout the building. Pool is very small was pool room was very cold. They took out the hot top and just put a table and chairs there but left up the spa rules. Sidewalks were not shoveled so had to track through snow
