Pros +

• Nothing staff was great checking in but after that the clerk wasn't at the desk....she had responsibilities in the back room. When I showed her the third degree burn from the coffee that spilled on my arm she said they had the vendor out there twice

• Very clean and well maintained.

Cons -

• Cleaning lady/breakfast cook screamed at a seven year old for taking too much food. Demanding of him how many people are in your room and on and on. Then they cut him off that day and the next.....we had to go out for breakfast. She should be fired
• There was a lot to make me dislike this hotel. I didn't realize that the hotel was next to a major highway and all night long you can hear trucks going by, occasionally sirens. It was very loud at night.
• They vacuumed the breakfast area for the entire final hour of breakfast. I appreciate their dedication to cleanliness, but did it have to be during breakfast?!
