I’m writing because my stay was extremely disappointing. The jacuzzi tub had a ring of grime and made a high-pitched squeal when running. There was tape peeling from an old paint job hanging off the walls, and old food left in the refrigerator — which tells me housekeeping didn’t properly clean the room, and whoever inspected it didn’t check it either.Check-in was also a mess. The older woman at the front desk kept saying she “doesn’t check people in.” Why not? Checking guests in, out, and handling reservations is a major part of the job. So is she not trained properly, or not trained at all? The whole interaction was frustrating and unprofessional.The breakfast potatoes were still frozen and the sausage links were barely warm This experience was far below the standard I expected, and I’m asking for this to be made right.

This hotel was comfortable and clean. The room was large enough to accommodate six of us. Close to the airport. Friendly staff. Breakfast was available, but we left before it opened.

Spacious and comfortable room. Loved the special nook in the room that had the hot tub/fireplace. Rate was very reasonable for a Packer game day. Shower was awesome.

Fireplace did not work properly. Bed comforter had small stain.

Room size was great.

A little bothered that front desk had troubles finding my check in then all of a sudden found the already printed off paper. Also hot tub was very disappointing, water level was also very low. Went to clime in the pool on the later, I am only a 190 lbs person and the ladder step broke causing me to slice up my leg on the broken step. I told the front desk, they wrote out a ticket and they did not even ask if I was alright or how bad it was.Lastely, the breakfast was disappointing, also onthat day it seems the coffee maker was not working.
