Shower head had good pressure.

No shampoo, lotion or hair conditioner in the room (only hand soap). Gone all day and the room was not serviced (no clear instructions on procedure). No complimentary coffee, the eating area was roped off like a prison canteen. The TV kept timing out.

Sticky curtain rods, dirty towels, ripped bedsheets, broken handle to entrance doors, homeless people stationed outside entrance doors. Overall very negative experience. I ultimately stayed elsewhere for the second night of the booking.

Remote for television would not work, and if you have a gluten restriction there?s no breakfast option available, not even a yogurt. What a shame.

Breakfast on the weekend ended at 9 am wasn't informed of this at check in and a very small handwritten sign when we went down a little after 9 and saw it was all closed up

I enjoyed the evening guest service person and polite mannerism.

The morning guest service person was very rude, had an attitude and was very derogatory.

The staff was friendly at check in and check in was quick and easy

Breakfast options were sub-par. There was a waffle machine, but it was not in service. A package of donuts from Kwik Trip was on the counter, no juice was available and 2 pieces of old fruit. Also, the ice machine didn't work.

Read the reviews for this hotel and was nervous but was a good price. Was presently surprised, the room was clean (except the chair that seen better days). Didn't have problem with check in or getting deposit back. Location was perfect for shopping.

Breakfast was minimal, and our key didn't work after first night but that was an easy fix.

Room was moderately clean. Window was wide open & thermostat set on 85.

Ice machine broken. Also paid for breakfast. They're waffle machine was broken.

Friendly staff & location

The room needs updating. Curtain falling off so hard to sleep in, mirror off the wall so you can see the hardware where it should have been hanging, no Kleenex stocked, outdated bathroom, continental breakfast=joke. Bread, donuts, & cereal. No juice.

There was no tv. And we asked multiple times and asked for a partial refund and were told to talk to the manager that he would be there the next morning and when I asked the next morning I was told I just missed him.

Was able to check out at noon (after calling the front desk to ask for permission to do so)

No Cable TV

Good location, OK continental breakfast.

There was no cable service for TV so I had to spend the while night without having a TV to watch. Very inconvenient. Room had dirty floors and used towel was hanging over the shower rod in bath. I think I should get some refund.

The bed was comfortable.

No kleenex in room. Hotel ad. Keeps coming up on TV. No eggs on breakfast. Ice machine was broke.

Everything the internet has been down for a week the owner doesn't always put out hot breakfast dirty linens, rude front desk staff not all but two. Horrible owner. Crappy rooms.

room did not have two remotes for the TV. Had issues with operating the TV where the two remotes were not compatible.

The location

The beds had hair and stains on them. We booked a king room got 2 double beds because they said they had no kings available. The ad said pool no pool. Said afford Hot breakfast only waffles with no syrup and bagles and cereal

Great location, central to many restaurants and activities.

The floors in the rooms could be cleaner, the tile felt gritty like it wasn't thoroughly cleaned.

Good location to most activities. Easy to find.

Computers down for whole stay. No receipt. Staff work diligently to correct. Majority of their focus was the computer and not guests. Breakfast advertised but not available and no staff found to ask.
