Hilton Garden Inn Yakima Downtown

The staff was friendly, and the common areas were clean and well-kept.

The room was dingy, the sink did not drain, food was left in the refrigerator, it smelled of stale smoke, and the room overall was not what I had come to expect from this hotel.

The location was nice

The beds in the hotel were terrible!!! So bouncy, no support and when you when to go sit on them you felt like the mattress was going to fold into two. Also I thought there would have been the free breakfast buffet since the hotels in the area offer that.

Staff, they were very nice. Location is really good. Everything are walking distance.

The music on across the street woke me up at 3 a.m

Had everything we needed!

The breakfast was not included, but it was a very high quality buffet option. My aunt had an charge on her bill that she did not recognize and they did not remove it.

Front desk staff were amazing in all aspects. Room was very clean. Standard Garden Inn Room. Nice lobby and restaurant. Well stocked lobby snack store. Free AM Coffee. Did not eat the breakfast but looked pretty good.

Surface parking didn't feel extremely secure in the neighborhood. $10/Night.

The check in was fast and the staff was all extremely nice. We ordered room service and they were prompt and everything was delicious!

There was blood on the side of the bed and sheet that we did not notice until the next day when I was moving blankets to make sure we didn¿t leave anything behind. The street was pretty noisy with cops, ambulances and tweakers throughout the evening.

A lot of street noise, parking was difficult most of the time. No coffee stirs in the room.

Looked very nice from what it said on internet search . The guy who checked me in was assuring that the location was completely safe . And that police chief had cleaned up the area because I am from Yakima and was very Leary about staying in that area

Was only told about 50 dollar incidentals and charged more for parking etc. also was woke up at 6 am from guest jumping on bed above me for hours notified front desk and nothing was done. No sleep chose this hotel o er others assuming it was better.

Location convenient to highway

remodel is confusing. Why is there even carpeting made with the pattern chosen. There are alot of outlets in rooms, but no USB power. Staff did not know what USB power outlets are. The parking fee was not upfront, felt blindsided when checked charges.

I didn’t like anything about it. The staff was rude and very unhelpful. I will NEVER stay at a Hilton motel again and I stay in a motel 5-7 times a month

Everything from the moment I arrived it sucked. Parking sucked the staff was rude and very unhelpful. Like I said above. I will NEVER stay at a Hilton again!!

Clean

The pool was closed and the ad never said anything about pool being closed. This was the only reason I picked this hotel and paid more.

Location

1) Construction noise in the morning in the hotel 2) Really unpleasant smell in our room; smell seemed to be newly installed materials outgassing and no amount of window opening and constant fan action mitigated it very much 3) Our room wasn't cleaned

Indoor Parking, And the Location! Great food and Cocktails!

Room & the View! The Staff was above and beyond friendly! Food & drinks, Top Shelf!

We've stayed here before. We like the location, plus there is secure parking where you can back up against a wall, which is a good thing when the back of the truck is full of cases of wine. =) The wifi in the rooms works... this is Yakima after all, folks
