The cleanliness and the layout of the room was exceptional. The bed was huge and super comfy!!!

Location based off where I needed to be, travel time was good.

There was a shelter located nearby and on one night a car got broken into and the window to the lobby was broken. The people above us noisy the whole night after 10pm everyday. From my experience with my family, not a hotel I would recommend.

What I liked about this hotel is that it was clean and modern and the staff was friendly. The breakfast spread was a nice touch in the morning.

The thing I did not like as much was that the floor sounded hollow and was kind of noisy when you walked across it, but it was not an uncomfortable noise.

Exceptional Value - clean, great beds, pool was wonderful, great staff, good location.

Shower didn't work and reported day 1. After waiting 2 days they said we could take shower in different room. Asked for compensation but mgr did not contact me.

Clean room, great location, plenty of parking, good price.

It has a cool vibe especially when the pool is lit up at night.

There¿s no chairs or folding table/countertop where the washer & dryer for guest laundry are located.

This is the most luxurious motel I have ever seen. They have done a wonderful job with it! It is updated, spacious, comfortable, and so affordable! We were so surprised and delighted the second we walked into the room. It was just great!

It is on 1st, so not the best location in the whole of Yakima, but it is RIGHT off the freeway so that is really convenient. I don¿t think it¿s worth taking a star away., so still 5 stars :)

The hotel was clean and the staff very courteous. The hotel was easy to find and plenty of parking, right off the freeway. The included breakfast was nice and had good options for a smaller hotel.

The hotel was on a loud busy street and the noise from inconsiderate other guests made it hard to sleep. (All of this isn¿t the hotel¿s fault)

A nice boutique style hotel with a wonderful breakfast.

Not a great location. It was a convenient location, but unfortunately there were many homeless people in the neighborhood and it did not feel safe to walk to nearby restaurants.

The staff was so friendly & accommodating. The room was updated, clean & comfortable. I needed lodging while attending a concert @ the Gorge Amphitheatre. It¿s a little further drive but after experiencing my stay, the extra 20-30 min was well worth it.

Old school motel that has been tastefully and totally updated. They truly did a fabulous job creating a delightful environment for guests. The staff was friendly and helpful.

front desk staff was very friendly when we checked in. room was very clean. We were there for 2 nights. Breakfast was good. Always had a bottle of water available in the lobby. Very nice touch.

The beds were comfortable

The swimming pool was being remodeled and there was no notification of this. Our main point was a hotel with a pool.

Not enough hot water for a bath. Even the shower was lukewarm in the morning

Clearly they had just remodeled the room in which we stayed. Everything was fresh and new.

No problems really. I needed to use a computer and printer and they didn't have one at the hotel. The hostess indicated we could use the computer and printer at the Best Western next door. They accommodated fully.
