Clean hotel, friendly staff.

The joining room... the guest that we did not know was pounding on the door and shouting at 3am... then rudely approached us the next morning in the hallway. Being a woman there with my young daughter, was very uncomfortable, unsettling, and quite scary.

Nice location, walking distance to downtown for dinner. Quiet room. Beautiful hotel.

Relatively close to the falls. Restaurants and shops across the street. Clean well furnished hotel. Friendly staff. There are lots of room amenities and a full breakfast.

Room had a single serve coffee maker. but they supplied 4 cup pods. The front desk told us that people don't complain because they like stronger coffee.

Great staff and service. Lovely room very large and spacious. We had a wonderful stay!

It¿s seasonal pricing so come summer the price jumps up over --- a night. At that price it¿s a pass.

The location was the best. It was very close to all my activities. Every staff member I had an interaction with was very kind and professional.

staff very nice, the rooms are very clean, bedding is comfy, close for pretty much everything (safeway, restaurant, coffee shop). The only négative point to me would be the shower there is not enough pressure in the water but otherwise it was very clean and we had a great week end !

Easy location to get to, ample parking, straightforward & clean facilities. Nothing fancy, but we don’t need fancy so it was just right.

The breakfast buffet options were a little slim but satisfactory. Also, one suggestion (not a criticism): when there is an event at the casino, I recommend starting the shuttle service at least 60 minutes prior to showtime. 30 minutes was cutting it too close, so we opted to drive but would have preferred to take the shuttle.

The facility was way above my expectations. 100/10. Coming from a long trip the smell of clean throughout the hotel was so relaxing. The staff was always going out of their way to assist guests. It is in a great location and the manager also had a list of some insightful up to date experiences we could do in the area. Everything a hotel should be. Thank you.
