Residence Inn by Marriott Seattle South/Tukwila

We love this place. We travel to Washington a few times a year to visit family. We appreciate the convenience of having a home like environment away from home. The breakfast offerings are perfect. A in the room fireplace creates a wonderfully cozy atmosphere for us all. Having 2 bathrooms and upstairs bedding provides the privacy and comfort. Parking is ample and secure and visitors are welcome without and extra charge or hassle. The in unit kitchen is pretty much just like what you'd have at any home. Refrigerator full size, microwave and stove/ oven set with pots and dishes toaster and cutlery too! It's All Good! There are even laundry facilities a pool and tennis court. Right next door is a convenience store. What more could any travelers ask for? Well there's more. Staff are AWESOME! Kind and considerate, helpful and professional. Stay here you won't be disappointed...I guarantee.

Good location, quiet

The location was great and the way the hotel is set up is also nice. I like that you can enter your room without having to enter the main building. It's like an apartment complex the way it's set up only way quieter. It's a nice place to stay.

There wasn't much I didn't like. The only thing I could suggest is seating or lawn furniture on the decks or outside this sliding glass doors.

Staff are friendly but some lack of common sense.

Hotel was dirty .

Very enjoyable stay with excellent value for the money. I stayed in a queen bed suite and it was very large with a separate bathroom and shower. The kitchen had a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. The fireplace was an added bonus. The room was sparkling clean and the bed extra comfortable. Couldn't believe the cost was so low compared to other hotels. I will definitely be back!

The hotel was great for the price

I left something in my room called about 8 pm the night before I was flying out the next morning to see if I could pick it up on my way to the airport. I was told no. I could only get it when a manager was there. So I had to pay shipping to get my stuff.

I am used to having things replenished when staying multiple days. I had to ask for coffee packets and conditioner each day. The listing stated that it was a room with a fireplace, and I guess I just assumed it was a gas fireplace, but found out it was wo
