- Lovely and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Lots of amenities. Next time I will schedule a facial.
- Good front desk, nice pool and beautiful old hotel. Great to have a complementary rollaway and fridge, very useful.

Cons -
- The Urban Experience charges. ??I would rather just know the cost of the room upfront instead of having surprise charges on checkout.
- Not very good at handling the clean-up, we asked to have the room cleaned at a certain time as to not interfere with my daughter's naptime, staff did not complete it on schedule. The area around the hotel is trashed. That isn't the hotel's fault.
