Location is amazing. Price was amazing for somewhere so central in Seattle. Front desk staff was kind, friendly and helpful. I loved how well lit the room was.
Front desk staff tried to get me to pay for parking. I'm glad I carefully read my reservation ahead of time and knew that it was included in my booking! Not the cleanest, nicest place I've stayed, but it was fine. Not dirty or gross either.

Clean room
In the middle of major remodeling workI was on the 3rd floor that was partially closed, it was messy and smelly in the halls, the ceiling was open exposed, and 1 elevator didn't seem to work. Construction dumpster at the entrance blocking easy access to garage. I might return, but only after the remodeling is completed.

Room was clean
No breakfast, Under construction, parking garage parking space is too small for suv and had to pay to park despite staying at hotel.

The room was good, spacious, and clean. The hotel was undergoing renovation, and the place looked a bit disorganised and unwelcoming. The reception staff were helpful. The staff looked after our baggage and appreciated that service.
The lift and ongoing construction work. The lift was malfunctioning, which was a bit annoying. We expected more grandeur from the brand name, but it fell short, which was a bit disappointing.

Amazing service, clean, comfortable rooms Great pillows! Perfect location and easy parking.
Showers were horrible. Not enough hot water. Water pressure fluctuates to the point of it being a trickle to full force during a shower. There is no good lighting in the bathroom and no fan so the room.is steamy.
