Pros +
- Very clean, friendly staff, loved the pool and spa, and a perfect location downtown. We parked overnight at Pacific Place next door for $30/night
- Parking as well as all fees included
- Great location. Beautiful.
Cons -
- Total night stay ended up costing way more then it lead me to believe in your website
- The TV system was awful and you couldn't watch anything...no sports and not even the local TV stations. It was pointless to even have it in the room. You got notices that things were expired in the system. ?? This hotel is very hard to find.
- The main hotel restaurant could open a couple hours earlier, since some of us would like more than a "coffee and bagel" at the mini coffee shop in the lobby.
