- The deck overlooking the Columbia River
- Room was excellent. Bed and pillows amazing. View was good even for Tri-Cities ¿¿ Staff very nice
- The room had some nice modern touches.
Cons -
- The noise level was quite load. Could hear doors slamming and children crying while in our room late at night. Walls seem thin due to noise level. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and sorry to say it wasn't very good.
- Construction was going on but I know this can't be avoided. I really was impressed with everyone. Hotel employee is a fantastic general manager. No, I don't know anyone at the hotel. I was just on my own and wanted to take the time to give a review.
