- Clean hotel and friendly staff
- An outdoor pool, hot breakfast included, good location
- Most likely the best option in Richland.
Cons -
- The beds are uncomfortably hard, the pillows lack enough filling to be supportive, the TV remotes do not work properly, the TV picture quality is poor, there are no USB/C ports at all. The price of this hotel does not match quality in my experience.
- The traffic can be pretty loud if you're on the front of the building. It's best to spend a bit more and get a view of the river. It's quieter.
- Front office refused to upgrade my room. Also, hotel needs a jacuzzi, Also hotel room needs a tub , not just a shower
