This looks like a brand new hotel.

Cons -

You could feel the springs in the mattress. Bed was on stilts. Walls not insulated. The smell of other guest cooking was so strong g it made you sick. Walls were dirty. No front desk clerk at 10pm and took 20 minutes to get one.
No staff or customer service . It was kinda sketchy . Requested extra pillows and never received
My reservation was canceled when they didn't have a room ready upon my arrival at 3pm. I was asked if I could wait until 6pm. Even then, they couldn't assure me the room was going to be ready. I did not feel welcomed as I walked in a

Not a darn thing.

First room we were given was never cleaned. And I mean it was thrashed! 2nd room we couldn't access, key didn't work. Get new key, still didn't work. Then the fire alarm went off. 4 keys! 4 fire alarms! No sleep. No coffee or breakfast no compensation
