The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Absolutely loved it.

Flawless check in, convenient location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms.

I deducted a rating because I really didn't care for the smoke alarm at the end of the bed, every 5 seconds it produced a bright white flash. It made it hard to fall asleep having a strobe light go off in your face.

The staff was super nice, the hotel was quiet, and the room spotless. I liked that they had a good iron as we were attending a business event and needed to look spiffy.

1) When did hotels stop allowing guests to access movies? We are lucky and have Prime and Netflix accounts but not everybody does. 2) The coffeemaker was rinky dink and the coffee pretty bad. Invest in a good machine with good coffee.

Beautiful hotel and excellent dining area and breakfast. Front desk staff was very friendly.

Very slow elevator. Took the stairs twice from top floor because elevator wasn?t arriving after 4-5 minutes. Dishes in the cabinet were dirty. No ice upon arrival.

Spacious well designed room. No noisy guests. Great location.

Check in staff was rude about my method of booking. She was quick to say I could not use my loyalty # and would get zero perks. She also stuck me in a room by a sick family w/med deliveries (knocked and said MEDS here) & large garbage bags by door!

The front desk staff was amazing. I didn't get his name, but the gentleman with a beard who worked the evening shift, was one of the best customer service reps I've ever been helped by. He's a true asset to a great hotel.

The beds and pillows need updated and the shower had pink bacteria so it’s needs a good scrub

They cancelled my room and were not helpful or accommodating about the inconvenience/trouble caused

They cancelled my reservation post check in time ON THE DAY of my stay. I was working and needed to stay at the property as I was traveling with a coworker who was also staying there. Cancelled due to issues on their end but I was inconvenienced and had to make my own reservations at an adjacent hotel at a much higher price due to last minute reservation (because of this hotel cancelling on me) Mariel reached out about the cancelation initially and never followed up regarding the issue.

When we checked in, Elijah at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly.

It would've been nice to have a water dispenser available in the lobby to fill our water bottles as the water from the faucet in our room did not taste the best.

Modern hotel with spacious suites. Staff is super helpful. Breakfast was above average.

Room location on 5th floor was a very long walk back to the main lobby. There is an outdoor mall but 15 min walk.

Thus hotel is modern, clean, and the staff is super helpful. The king suite was spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was above average with fresh fruit and multiple hot choices.

The location. Is isolated and next to a busy highway. An outdoor mall with restaurants is a 15 minute walk away.

This is a perfect quiet location. Also, the room is very spacious and it's great for the price. The fact that the television in the come with live channel. I can recommend it to friends.

They need to add more options to the breakfast like omelet, hash brown. The bathroom need deep cleaning, and they need to start providing complimentary water to the hotel residents.
