Yes! Please notify hotel. Was awakened by staff stomping back and forth, shuffling things very early one morn and and qmt hrs just before midnight next day. VERY noisy disturbing. This was either above or mezt to one of the 200 level rooms..

Very stylish and chic hotel. Extremely clean. Private area across form the lake and park. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I loved it.

Did not like had to pay parking when clearly stated on ad page it was free. Housekeeping was rude and invasive. Security thought he is a supper cop and the crime of not having your parking pass clearly displayed and insult what you were wearing

We had a great stay! We were going to check out after our initial stay and try another hotel¿we decided not to and just extend a few more days. Breakfast was great, every morning! Staff was friendly and everything was so clean.

The spiders out in the decks and out in the front were a little creepy. But, no reason to be outside when it¿s cold like it is here ¿¿

The staff were very attentive, professional and efficient! The room was beautiful and the location was perfect for my needs for work and touring around.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite! Checkin and check out was extremely smooth! Room was very nice and clean! Gym and pool areas were pristine!

Only complaint would be the parking garage¿very tight quarters if have larger vehicle.

Good location but the staff is not very friendly

I¿m booked the room with free parking, but when we arrive there, we been told the parking fee is $13 per day. When I show my conformation email to the front desk staff, he was mad and yelling me and he told me there is no free parking after covid!!

The pool was closed. I was really looking forward to swimming. I literally picked it because of the pool.

Just a regular clean room

The hotel fire alarms went off twice in the middle of the night. No apologies or compensation having to wake up in the middle of the night in the freezing cold. There was no use of the pool and the eggs were powder eggs. So gross. Terrible free breakfast.

Loved the Free EV charger! Staff were all wonderful and helpful, especially the security guard there overnight on 2/24/22.

The Saturday I checked out I had invited my friend who was to drive me to the airport to have breakfast with me. There was hardly any eggs left at 8:20 am so we left without eating.

Great location. Very nice staff. Clean and I mean very clean room and hotel. Breakfast in morning was very good and coffee and tea always present. Those things make a massive difference. I can't wait to come back and stay.

Recommend that they clean the rooms more often. We were staying 6 days were told they clean every 3 but room a Was cleaned on day 5.
