Fairmount Motel

Our stay was a simple high quality experience. The mattress was possibly the best we've ever had. The furniture was simple and beautiful. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The location was easily accessible to all the trails we did.

Exterior location and appearance disturbing

I was cold wet and tired it offered shelter

Uncomfortable with how dirty it was .overpriced very loud the hotel had no one at the desk so I went to the restaurant same name. It wasn't theirs. Shell station owns it. Truly awful.

Next to a restaurant

Was not clean the bathrooms (plural because we had multiple rooms ) were not cleaned. It¿s just a very poorly kept hotel

First they assigned me to a room that had not been cleaned. The second room had been cleaned. No safety chain on door. The room was not cleaned for second day of stay. In fact I doubt anyone even looked in.

The room is clean. Staff is warm and friendly

The location is not good. It¿s too close to Highway 101 and very noisy at night

Towels & wash cloths had lots of stain snd when I asked he replaced with thin towels and still has stains. No cups and water in the room and has to go to the store to get. No microwave to warm our food. Location is bad cause it's close to the road

Bedsheets were clean but stained. No coffee pot or hairdryer in room. Only chair in room had three holes in the upholstery. No fridge or microwave. Very disappointing experience!

Staff was friendly, room was clean, but dated. Items were missing (TP cups). TP was given immediately, didn't know about cups being available 'til I checked out. diner next door, coffee and items to eat at gas station too where you check in.

Walls were very thin for noise and smoke. I did let staff know about smoker next to me, she apologized and would look into it. Traffic noise is a lot during day, quieter at night. Bed was hard.

The staff was very nice. And the little grass field in the back the kids loved playing in it. The rooms are clean and cozy.

There was a little mix up on the billing and i was charged more then i was quoted.

No reception in Lobby (Closed) Nobody around..

Never saw one person at hotel.. Nobody there..
