The guy at the front desk was super cool and friendly. The room was very clean and decorated. The bed was actually comfortable. Location was perfect. I love how the owners take such good care and pride of the place. It shows.

Close to port for ferry ride to Canada

Price seemed to be a little expensive for the type of hotel wasn't Marriot but wasn't motel 6 on the spendy side

Staff were friendly

We have stayed there twice. (2 couples in 4 separate rooms) Sinks didn't drain, tvs were broken or stopped working while we were there, sheets and blankets were stained. Fridge was nasty, melted ice cream in freezer had been left by housekeeping.

Central to downtown and Olympic NP. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

My room had a non-functional lamp. A housekeeper ignored the "Do not disturb" sign.

Service from the front desk. Decently priced. Split rooms.

Bathtub didn’t drain very good at all. No maid service

Everything was freshly painted and remodeled. Very clean. The guy at the desk was very friendly and so was was the maid I talked to in the morning. Would stay there any time.

Very quiet and cozy. Staff was available when needed. Walking distance from Port and downtown Port Angeles.

Location, layout of the room, 2 large TVs in the room. For what is available in the area though during festival time it is about as good as you will find without paying over $--- a night.

Room smelled, front desk closes at 7pm, only option for late night is a soda machine that doesn't take cards or anything over a $5 bill. No way to get change.

The shower was filthy. Years of stain covered the grout and other grout missing.

The so called suite has one room with a tiny window and no air-conditioner. There is a fan, but it's pretty loud. The bathroom is tiny, there is no place to set toiletries bag. This is a good 2-start max, definitely not 3-start hotel

COMFY beds!! Clean and economical just as I wanted!! Staff was so warm and friendly! We left a pillow and diapers by accident and when we came back to get them they'd cleaned the pillow for me!!

It was clean,quiet, comfortable and close to the port area and Ferry.

The manager was very friendly and accommodating. He let me leave my car on the premises for another day and a half (saved me parking fees at the ferry). I liked the location, walking distance to the ferry.

Easy check in. Good location. Bed was comfortable, linens were nice.

Very shabby and run down. No electrical outlet in the bathroom. Very small, cramped room.

Great location. Very comfortable beds, with new bedding. The best was the friendly staff, who looked out for us, gave us rides to and from the ferry.

It's an older motel, the furniture is dated, and there is wear on some of the fixtures (like enamel on the edge of the sink) but that didn't affect our stay at all. It was a very comfortable and clean place.

The hotel was nicely located downtown close to ferry and good restaurants and shops. Large room with small fridge was nice.

Could not get room dark enough to sleep. Heater was noisy. Could clearly hear footsteps from upstairs rooms and on stairs. All meant for little sleep.

The room was very clean, and the large TV was great. They actually had real tissue for Kleenex, not the cheap imitation. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Windows could use some screens.
