- 2 Coffee machines did not work Packaged pastry were just fillers
- The hotel is a disaster. No staff to clean rooms. Unprofessional as can be. Rooms were delayed. Many computer issues. People waited hours for room they pre purchased.
- Hot tub was not available room was not ready at check in breakfast was not good
