Quality Inn Mount Vernon

The price was decent and the room pretty clean.

The location was unpleasant. Room was very, very dated. Bleak view out the window. Adjacent to noisy highway. Super bright light outside the window that you can't completely block out.

The pillows were nice and comfortable. The beds were fairly comfortable. That was about the only thing to like about this hotel. Especially for the screaming deal of $---per night.

Grounds were not up kept. Room was not clean. Door did not close all the way. Hotel is in disrepair. Garbage left overflowing.

The room smelled old and dirty like old smoke or something. It was clean for how old it was. The bedspread had a stain in the center. A wall had holes in it where something had previously hung.

Great combination of price/value with spacious room and excellent location for my need. The BEST part was the friendliness with which I was greeted after a very tiring day, made me feel like an appreciated customer.

The environment is rather "industrial" and dreary. My view was basically fast food drive through and their dumpster. All's well if I kept my curtain shut!

Relatively quiet.

There was a lot of garbage stacked everywhere. Old mattresses etc. The place was a bit run down.

The staff was fantastic. When after finding other accommodations it was nearly 1pm and I checked out and they gave me a full refund for the night I still had reservations for.

I was ready for bed when I discovered the dead bolt on the door didn¿t work so I put furniture in front of it. It is right next to the freeway and the noise level was awful. There were people wandering around outside that were questionable.

Easy on & off from I-5. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

The only disappointment was that the Jacuzzi tub was shut down.

Our room faced the highway so the noise was constant. It was listed with a hot tub, but it was closed. The walk way in front of our room was dirty.

The only enjoyable thing about this hotel was that it had an exstensive continental breakfast every day. This place should not be called a hotel¿it should be rated motel. Found out from locals that it had been closed at some point due to prostition

This was not the hotel we chose. I specifically didn¿t want to be in Mt Vernon, next to the noisy freeway, in the rundown part of town, in a hotel that had damp floors and needed a make over for about 20 years. We requested Quality suites in Burlington.

Cleaner than a lot of rooms we've had and convenient to hiways and shopping. Very good breakfast

The room was a little bit smelly but probably because it¿s an animal friendly place. Also the couch in the room was fabric and kind of dirty/old.

The sheets are so soft! The hot water snd pressure are amazing for a hotel! Everyone that works here is AMAZING employees at the front desk are so kind and friendly¿I¿ve been here the better part of 2 weeks¿they feel like family ¿¿

Not really I¿ve stayed in motels all across America and this one is by far the cleanest most comfortable I¿ve experienced!

All of The staff is beyond helpful! hotel employee always goes above and beyond to help me out¿nicest bunch of folks from the housekeepers¿to the breakfast lady everyone always has a smile and a greeting for me! I¿ve been here over a week now
