- The staff member at check in was extremely pleasant and helpful and she was very friendly
- I liked everything. You can tell when you walk in there is pride in keeping this hotel clean, the employees were very nice and I felt safe. Which some of my experiences in the last year I did not feel safe.

- I stayed 8 nights and we had the room cleaned one time, one time I said it did not need cleaning, and then never did anyone even ask if I wanted it cleaned again. I extended my stay for two more nights so I'm not sure if they have an every two day clean?
