Unfriendly reception (on arrival) upholstery of 2 chairs tattered-we took pics. Toilet tank did not refill automatically! Stay was disappointing. We are thinking that the reason we got this poor quality room was due to our discounted rate!????

No microwave. No elevator. Breakfast ok.

TV system wasn't working, switched rooms and TV worked, but room condition was not 2.5 stars, old and dated.

Rude housekeeper. And the price was high for you get. Under $-- would be more like it. I'm thinking $-- not $---

The customer service is poor. The front desk person was very impatient. She was rude and poor in communication skills. Asked to sign without explanation, just pointed to notice board and asked customer to read.

Clean and good location

Hard uncomfortable pillows with back breaking bed!!! And toilet is entirly too low barely allowing me to get up off of it..

It smelled like it there was spilled old wet carpet. The air conditioning was disgusting it was not cold it smelled like wet carpet. At Continental the workers stood there and stared at everybody and was like a guard making things a little uncomfortable.

The location was perfect; staff was friendly.

It felt unsafe as doors had holes, patched, not painted; the bathroom floors had grout missing; only roughed in; mold on the ceiling; very dirty walls, doors, the counter was dirty and hair in the tub. The headboard had greasy head stains. It smelled.

Though recently remodeled, room was underwhelming. Stayed for 2 weeks. First 4 days no housekeeping, then sporadic. Had to ask for replacement coffee, soap, towels. Two front desk ladies were abrupt, not helpful. Front desk man was very helpful, kind

Facilities are aged with rusty bathroom shelves, noisy fan, just overall feels bit run down

Very clean and well maintained property. Bed was comfortable Breakfast was good just not a lot of choices.

The east side rooms are really noisy from the freeway ,so much so that it was difficult to sleep. There in no elevator, which can make it a challenge getting luggage upstairs

The front desk woman kind and as accommodating as she could be given the lack of power she had to fix the issue that occured.

In the middle of running my credit card to cover any damage that had not yet occurred... the owner changed the fee from $100.00 to $150.00, literally in the middle of the transaction. We now had to pay another 50 dollars before we could check in. Not cool

It was very close to where our Venue was. We used the Shuttle Bus that was nice.

The room was alright. The bed cover had multiple holes in it and there was a very musty old smell in the air. Under the sink the wall is dirty with a water stain or something. Floor Rug pretty worn out. Sink area clean and toilet clean tub clean old

Good location, close to casinos and highway and downtown Marysville. The beds were super comfortable. Slept very well. Very clean, helpful and friendly staff

Despite the positives, the location is also a little sketchy. Definite tweaked presence around the property (not the hotel¿s fault). Make sure to lock your vehicles and take everything inside.
