Pretty good breakfast. Rooms were clean and good sized. Staff was friendly

Ice machine didn't work. 2 of the 3 dryers didn't work. No bacon for breakfast. Had an item go missing from our room.

Stayed here Feb 2024 and in May, HUGE diff between those 2 times Now charge $13 a day for parking, booked same room but got a tiny room 2nd time, Shampoo + conditioner empty, Had to buy cooking utensils for "full kitchen". Never Again.

It was conveniently located to restaurants, stores, and the mall. Also, they were good about trying to correct our issues and that is the only reason I'd recommend them at all.

Our room was very dirty, and the breakfast was not good.

Great convenient location for me. Easy access to freeways and close to shopping.

New staff at front desk, took him about 25 mins to check me in. Then he stopped to have a conversation with another guest while speaking another language. Dirty towel hanging in bathroom. Dog poop all over grassy areas, pricey parking fee.

The beds are comfortable. Breakfast was great. The room was spacious.

The door won't open on the first attempt. Contacted the front desk and maintenance help was quick. It turns out it has to do with a strange door opening position (need to turn the handle counter-clockwise when the lock is on the left-hand side).

Cleanliness, spacious room, quiet halls, & location-close to mall/restaurants!

Waited for TV issue to be fixed. One staff member made concerns for repair guy not having shown up, by drflecting "Well, he's on his way up now!"

They did not have the room I asked for with 2 queen beds. Instead gave me a room with 1 king bed and offered another free room down the hall. There was just myself and my small grandchild - so what was I going to do with another room down the hall????

I loved how accommodating the front desk was. They were super friendly and attentive. The location was great, as we were staying while our house was being re-roofed.

The sound was terrible. We could hear every movement of the people above us and the conversations going on in the next room over. I ended up leaving early and the noise from our roof being done was quieter than the room I was in.

The drawers in our room were hard to open. I think the drawers were broken. Also that you had to make a reservation for use of the pool.

Looked like all the money was spent on the outside and the lobby but once we got to the hotel it looked like it was very old everything. There was tape hanging from the wall probably from a birthday party that had been celebrated before we stayed there

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was large and quiet. The location of the hotel was great. Away from anything else, but literally up the street were a Costco and Target. Plus everywhere we needed to get to was with

The only thing that I wish the room had was either a yellow pages or a binder with information regarding local shops and restaurants.

Great location, very reasonable, good breakfast. Staff were very helpful and efficient.

Mattress on the sofa bed was terrible, also as we pulled out the sofa bed there was a very rotten banana peel stuck to the carpet behind it! Looked like it had been there for a few weeks.

Excellent staff and service. The amenities (gym, internet, indoor pool, Jacuzzi, etc.) are great for this amount of value. Super location right across from Alderwood Mall and 15 minutes to Seattle.

Location was good and room was good

They had issues with there fire alarm. Went off at 2:30 in the morning we had to wait in the cold rain. It went off a second time after that. Come to find out this had happened numerous times. Was never contacted by the manager.

The room was large. Good bed. Had a kitchen. Very nice Hotel.

Their entrance is very tight if you are pulling a trailer. The parking lot is nice but for smaller vehicles. Their were quite a few kids that were not quite disciplined and running the hallways screaming. I finally had to call at 9:30 for it to stop.
