Made came in my room at 11:15 then 11:45 Check check out what's not tell noon. And I asked for a late twelve thirty. Then she came back at 12: 00 and started to hand my bags n shoes.

The cleanliness of the room and premises. The layout of the room was nice. The kitchen has all the dishes , silverware and pans you need to cook with and has a dishwasher and fullsize fridge, with dining table , chairs. With living room area nice shower

The fact that the pool is still closed and the breakfast is grab n go. They have a cafeteria area and should do what they need to to serve up a hot breakfast as advertised for normalcy. Otherwise, deduct the cost of no pool and hot breakfast.

Location, next to costco and mall.

Room had very old thermostat and its battery was down! Sofa and TV all cramped in small space. Difficult with family especially with a toddler.

Location, and the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff, especially the housekeeping staff.

Bathroom and kitchen lights had a loud hum. Tub/shower toilet room is very small.

The room was very clean and large. The windows were able to be opened for fresh air. Location is excellent.

Big nice room with all the amenities, Fullsize fridge, oven and a dishwasher .

Minor point regarding tv but I had no idea whst shows were on . Typically when you press the guide button on the remote a tv listing pops up. But it didn't work . parking was somewhat limited if you came back to room late .

Amazing location and layout, super clean and beautiful suites. Huge!

It was our first time staying at Residence Inn, and I was immediately impressed with the front desk staff, especially Summer, who allowed us to check in early. After a long drive from Canada, it was so nice to settle in before attending my cousin’s birthday, which was only a 5-minute drive away. The hotel is very close to Alderwood Mall, Costco, and other convenient places. Parking has a fee, but the price is reasonable. We liked our room and our family of five adults felt very comfortable. We loved our stay, enjoyed the good breakfast, and we look forward to staying here again when we return to Lynnwood.

The suite we stayed in was large and comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. There was even fresh cookies in the lobby when we checked out. I liked that each area had a TV. Also, the location is great, next to the mall and easy access towards the freeways/highways.

Only thing we didn't like but not a big deal was the sofa bed had a thin mattress.

They charged for parking, but did not clarify that the fee was daily! Also they failed to freshen up the room without us asking for it.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I had a fully prepaid reservation through Booking.com, yet the hotel refused to check me in because the virtual credit card issued by Booking.com was declined. This was not my responsibility—I had already paid in full on the app. Instead of assisting me, the staff rudely insisted that I sort it out with Booking.com and turned me away.As a solo female traveler, being stranded at night and forced to find alternative accommodation at the last minute was distressing and unsafe. My entire plans were disrupted.Basic hospitality requires extending courtesy to confirmed, prepaid guests and resolving payment disputes directly with the booking platform—not punishing travelers. If this property has issues accepting third-party bookings, it should not list itself on those platforms.

Breakfast was good: eggs, sausage, cereal, waffles, etc.... The oatmeal bar was very nice with about 8 options for topping your oatmeal. Parking right outside the external entrance to my room made load in and our very easy.

No complaints. The room was as advertised.
